When my daughter Angie put me to the challenge to enter a before and after contest, I thought it was a far fetched idea, but after thinking about it I decided I needed a challenge and a goal. I am glad I did it, my life has changed and I have become an inspiration to my friends who believed because we are over 50 we are doomed to look our age as well as feel old. My personal goal has set a precedent, the people around me can see losing weight and staying healthy can be a reality and not just a dream.
