My friend Karen Brandon (see her amazing photos) introduced me to Angie on my 30th birthday as a present. She knew I wanted to get back in shape after my second child turned two. I was always in good shape and had exercised regulary but could not loose the "baby fat". My old exercise regimen included aerobics 3-4 times and week and eating a decent vegetarian diet. What I learned from Angie was that I needed a cleaner diet (i.e. less carbs and sugar and more protein). She combined that with weight training - something I had NEVER done before. I learned alot about what types and amount of exercise yields the best results and what a large role foods have in achieving these results. With her help, within 5 months I had been "transformed" and entered my first competition where I placed 4th!!! I lost 22 pounds and gained more muscle than I have ever had. I feel and look wonderful! Angie is truly amazing. I couldn't have done it without her.
