I can tell you honestly getting started with my transformation was not an easy task. Being a workaholic this took a total adjustment of lifestyle. Making time for the gym, and it may sound funny, but making time to actually eat!! At first I was working out 2 - 3 times a week for 30 minutes and not seeing any results. Not looking to become and Arnold Schwartzenager I just wanted to shed some weight, gain muscle definition, and increase my strength and endurance. My trainer started educating me on nutrition. I was eating all of the wrong foods with little or no protein. Once I started eating clean foods along with the proper supplements I noticed results in only a few days. I could actually see muscles forming, clothes began to fit looser and looser. Let me tell you that there is not a more gratifying feeling than to have to go shopping for new clothes because your old clothes are too big. Showing of a six-pack is pretty awesome too!
