Dear Angie's World,
Well today was my last workout with Angie's World (at least for now) and I felt like I needed to say thank you. I wanted to say thank you for being the cheerleaders, coaches, and motivation that I needed to change my lifestyle and better my health. With your help I've been able to reduce my stress levels, reduce my blood pressure, increase my strength, and most of all increase my overall health.
When I walked into your store back in July I just wanted some help to get over the two year plateau I had been on in the weight room. I knew everything that I had read and tried in the fitness magazines had failed, So I reached out to you for assist and that is exactly what I received. When I started this program I wanted to put on some size and build some strength; that's exactly what I've done. Though I haven't reached my overall goal (e.g. to look like a cover model of Men's Health :-) ), I have set some new personal records in the weight room. For example when I started I could barely squat 135lbs now I can squat 315lbs. Another example would be the simple fact that I struggled with bench pressing 100lbs and now I can bench press 195lbs.
All in all I simply would like to say Thank you for helping make me a better and healthier person. I couldn't have done this without all of you.
