Boot Camp

This class is held at the Canyon Crest Athletic Club (must also be a member of the Canyon Crest Athletic Club). The class is one hour long and includes: cardio, weight training, aerobics, and abdominal work. Your drill instructor, Cindi Robertson, is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and has taken certification classes through ACE and AFAA for Water Aerobics, Cycling, Club Box Circuit, and Kick boxing. The schedule is as follows:

 

Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays: 5:30-6:30 am

$200 - gives you unlimited access to all the classes

 

Program is on EFT. Your credit card will automatically be charged each month for the class unless you request a cancellation.
