This is my very first exercise video that I created. I made it because I was tired of hearing about all the gimmicks and equipment needed to achieve a beautiful 6-pack.
As a personal trainer, I work with many people of all different shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. Most of my clients believed that they never could get a thin waist, yet alone, a six pack. The reason for their thinking was because they were under the impression that you needed to do hundreds –even thousands- of crunches to achieve this look. And, after crunching themselves to death, they just gave up on the idea.
Well, I am here to tell you this idea was all wrong! You do not have to do thousands of crunches! You do not have to do hundreds of crunches! In fact, you only need to do 10 crunches - the right way! (Well, this isn’t exactly true, you will need to do 10 reps of different kinds of crunches, twists, and leg raises to get your abs showing. But if you add them all up, its less than 100.)
In my video, I will show you how to properly target the muscles of your abdominals – which is more than one muscle. You have 4 muscles that make up your abs: rectus abdominus, transverse abdominus, internal oblique, and external oblique. So why am I telling you this? Because, if you have more than one muscle that makes up a six-pack, then you will need to do more than one exercise to get the results you desire.
And if you really want to make them show fast, check out my recipes so that you are eating properly and not sabotaging your efforts. I am not going to lie to you, the cleaner you eat, the faster you will see your abs! Now, if you are not ready to change your eating habits, not to worry, you will still see results, it just will take a bit longer.
