1/4 of a Red cabbage
1 carrot
Then cut:
1/2 apple, into small chunks
1/2 orange, into slices
Then top with:
1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
Serve with your favorite salad dressing.
