When It’s One of Those Days

    Wilma,

    I tried the Greek yogurt with UM choc mint protein powder . I added some crunched cacao beans. It was great! Tasted like chocolate moose.
    This will be my new night time snack :)

    Going down the rabbit hole is what I’ve been doing for a very long time. The suggestion to take time for myself to breathe is an excellent idea. Thanks so much! It’s like..ok…give yourself permission to acknowledge that things are not so ok today, so take a break and get away from the negativity!
