These three disciplines are the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of one’s life. If you look good, you feel good and, conversely, you (typically) perform at a higher level than most of your peers. The better you get, look, and feel, the better you want to be, look, and feel. It’s perpetual personal/professional improvement! I can attest that my (own) personal and professional performance has improved dramatically since getting my “physical act together” which, in turn, helped me get my mental/spiritual positioning under control.
